I try so hard to make yummy healthy recipes for dinner, but sometimes they have to be super quick and easy because I don’t have a ton of time. These parmesan sweet potato fries are an absolute favorite of mine and we have them in our house at least twice a week. They are quick, easy, and delicious. I usually make them for lunch when I am home with King in the day and don’t have a ton of time, and need something delicious and filling. We purchase the delicious frozen Alexia Fries, Spicy Sweet Potato Fries, & Onion Rings. The reason that I choose these brands is because they are cooked frozen so I don’t have to remember to unthaw them and half of the bag cooks in 10-12 minutes. Amazing right? They taste absolutely delicious. I eat them plain a lot, but when I want something a little bit more I make these super quick and easy parmesan fries. I also love that they are made from all natural ingredients. They are high quality and they have so much versatility. It’s a WIN WIN right!?
Alexia Sweet Potato Fries
(Preheat oven to 425 degrees)
1. Place froze fries on a cookie sheet.
2. Drizzle or Mist with Olive Oil
3. Sprinkle with Garlic Salt (you can do as much or as little as you would like. I am a garlic girl so I do a lot)
4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (you can also add as much as you would like. I love cheese so I coat mine pretty heavy with it).
5. Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes for half of the bag of fries.
Enjoy! These are the perfect appetizer or meal depending on how heavy you would like your meal. We absolutely love them in our home and love how quick, easy, and filling they are!
