2 Basic Pieces You Need In Your Closet

Basics are a must for every closet. I think we all need a few pieces that we can go to and know that are going to look good on busy days. I think we all have those mornings when we wake up, it is way later than we should have been up, and we just need to look and feel good for the day. I am excited to share what basic pieces I think are a must for every closet that you can always go to on the days when you are running late and need to feel like a boss babe.

I think the biggest thing that every one needs is a good pair of jeans. As a mama I need a pair that is high waisted to hold myself in. They keep me feeling good and confident on the days that I am not feeling my best. I also don’t think that you need to spend a few hundered dollars on a pair. Yes there are some that I think are worth the splurge, but I don’t think you have to by any means. This pair that I am wearing is under $90 and seriously my favorite pair of jeans to the point that I am buying a second pair as soon as they come back in stock in my size. They can be dressed up so easily with a top tucked in with a belt and heels, and dressed down with a tee and sneakers. If you don’t have a pair of high waisted denim, snag some. I promise you will pull them out every day and they will make you feel like a boss babe.
     
The second basic that I thin that everyone needs in their closet is a good basic tee shirt. My favorite basic tees are only $19.50 and they hold up so well. This tee is a different one, but I don’t think that you need to splurge on them. This is a little bit different because I love to find different tees, this has a fun embroidery on it. I love that a good basic tee can stand alone or can be dressed up so easily with something fun like a neck scarf. They also can so easily be tucked into a pencil skirt or tied over a maxi dress.
