3 NEW LOVES.

We are in Cali right now with my in-laws. We are so excited that we will be spending a few days at DisneyLand and are so grateful for someone that is house sitting for us while we are gone. We drove 10 hours… It was a long drive, but so worth it. King actually flew on the plane with my mother in law and father in law. It was so kind of them to take him with them so he didn’t have to spend all the time in the car.
I told Zach today that there are three reasons that I want to move to Cali… 1. DisneyLand, nothing else needs to be said. 2. Fruit Trees. I would love to be able to have fresh fruit all the time. It is seriously so delicious. 3. Succulents. They are huge and absolutely beautiful here. I love how warm it is in January and how green and happy everything is. Seriously, this place is happiness, and has my heart.

Before we left I ran to Lens Crafters to get me a new prescription and some new glasses so that way my sensitive eyes would do better. I had never had an eye exam there before and no joke people, it was the best eye appointment I have ever had. The doctor was so sweet and explained all the anatomy of my eyes, where I have scarring from previous ulcers on both eyes, etc. I told Zach that the doctor we saw will forever have me as a patient because he was seriously so great. They fitted me for both contacts and glasses. I was really hoping to try their new daily lenses, but where I have astigmatism in both eyes, I am not a candidate. We got a new prescription for the brand of contacts I love and then we headed out to get my new glasses.
When picking out my glasses, I wanted something that fit my style and personality, but was also comfortable and functional with having a crazy baby. I found the perfect frames and they had my prescription lenses in them within an hour. I loved that they were so quick because we were headed out on our trip. I have to say, I absolutely love my new glasses, they made my eyes so much happier on our drive and I can see everything so crisp and clear now. What is better than that?
