…shop our looks…
King and I have started all our Valentines activities because hello, remember, any excuse for holiday stuff right!? King and I started with first wearing our Valentines clothes, too soon? I don’t think so… Next we made these yummy treats to take to all of his friends and my girlfriends. I love that they were something that we could make together, laugh and giggle through, and work on my patience skills ha, this mama hates a mess and is learning to be patient with it. The ones that King made we kept for him (ha drooly, over sprinkled, deliciousness!) ha. The others I packaged up in cellophane and tied with ribbon to take to my friends.
These are so simple and easy to make. They only take about a half hour to an hour to make a big huge batch of them.
S U P P L I E S:
Oreos – Any flavor you choose! We did mint, red velvet, and double stuff
Wafer Cookies
Marshmallows – The big ones!
Sprinkles
Melting Chocolate or Almond Bark
D I R E C T I O N S:
Get out the treats that you want to dip. Melt your melting chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds. Once the chocolate is melted smooth, half dip all your treats. Dip one at a time, after you have dipped it, shake sprinkles over the top and place on wax paper on a baking sheet. Let dry for a couple hours and then package up and enjoy!
If you can’t tell the marshmallows were his favorite and this may just be one of my favorite pictures of him!
