5 TIPS TO MAKE YOUR BUSY LIFE EASIER

#V8EnergyBoost #CollectiveBiasI think that 90% of us if not more feel like we have crazy busy lives, am I right? Most days I wish I had a few more hours to get some things done, people visited, longer snuggles with King, or even time to make a treat for the hubs. I have learned a few things going through such a crazy life, and I would love to share with you.
If you don’t know I currently am working 4 jobs. I teach dance, run my blog, am a pediatric nurse, and am a high school cheer coach. That is a ton right? I have found a few things that have helped me to keep things a little bit more under control, just know that I am by no means an expert, these are just things that have worked for me. 1. Make time for the ones you love: This is something that I can’t stress enough. If you need to schedule them into your schedule, then do it! You will feel so much better after taking even 10 minutes with them. I promise you!
2. Pack snacks for on the go: One of my favorite snacks/drinks to pack is my V8 V-Fusion+Energy Drink. I love that it provides me with natural energy, it is only 50 calories, and it has a combine serving of fruit and veggies! Amazing right? Plus it tastes like fruit so it is absolutely delicious. I also love to grab apples with some almond butter, mini carrots, or even sliced cucumbers to throw in baggies and eat on the go. I love that these things give me energy through out the day and keep me going. They are all things that you can grab as you run out the door to go to work, running errands, or really anything!3. Work out: Have a workout routine that you stick to will make you feel so much better. Yes it will add another thing to your schedule, but it will change your life for the better I promise you. It gives you more confidence and it also releases endorphins (the feel goods). It will just make you a happier person overall.
4. Be Organized: However you need to do it, keep a planner/schedule. I am a paper planner person, but some people love their phones. Use whatever works for you and stick to it! Easy as that!
5. Be Positive: This one can be hard when it gives overwhelming, but looking for the goods and positives will take your stress level down. Whether it be that you just got dressed today, or that you and the baby made it out of bed, look at those as positives not negatives. Try to turn your negatives into positives if you can!
Now go an conquer your busy life like the beast you are! We as women are amazing people who can conquer so many different things. We can change lives and often put ourselves on the back burner to everything else. Take care of you, love your family, and eat a bowl of ice cream! YOU DESERVE IT!
