This sweet man, oh where do I even start with him… I’m warning you this is going to be mushy for a second… He works so hard to support our little family, fulfill a time consuming church calling, serve others in need, and make sure that King and I are both taken care of. He does all of this all while putting himself last. Whenever I ask him what I can do to help him, he always turns it around to what he can do to help me without me realizing it until he has already done something for me. Tonight, we both worked all day, he came home, made yummy broccoli soup, went to the grocery store, and cleaned up so I could work. I mean, this man is heaven sent. Oh and if that isn’t enough, you should see the love he has for his little boy. I mean, these two, they make my momma heart burst when they are together.
I wanted to do something really special for him this Christmas to let him know how much I love and appreciate him. I decided to do the six days of Christmas. Each one of them will be memories that we have together. Here is what I have planned so far…
Day 1: Picking him up from work unexpected and driving us to dinner at Iggy’s. This is where we went on our very first date.
Day 2: A photo book of pictures of us from the past four years. I always love to go through old pictures, and this is the perfect reason to go through them and add captions so we can remember those amazing times as a little family.
Day 3: Drive with ice-cream chatting about our first year being parents together. Can you believe King will be one in just a couple weeks!? I mean, where did time go?
Day 4: Cupcakes from Sweet Tooth Fairy. When we were dating, Zach kept my fridge stocked every day with fresh cupcakes.
Day 5: A trip to Logan where we were married. We will go to dinner and the temple and for a little drive through the canyon.
Day 6: The Nautica Blue Gift Set. Zach wore this scent while we were dating. I love that a scent can bring back so many memories and emotions from different times of our lives. Isn’t it so crazy that our senses can do that?
I love that this set comes together and is so affordable. You can find it at so many different stores that it was easy to snag it when I was grabbing a few things at Walgreens the other day. Zach may or may not be getting another Nautica set in his stocking… I love that they are the perfect stocking stuffers too.

The smell of original Stetson reminds me of my husband. I love that scents can bring back strong memories. #client
