A BUSY SEASON.

I always feel like this time of year I over commit, spread myself too thin, and over-do it. Anyone else with me? This past weekend was a time I totally over committed. I scheduled way too many things, and found myself frustrated, grumpy, and getting sick. After this weekend. I vow to try my hardest to not let that happen the rest of this holiday season (even though I totally know it will). I worry even more now about King too and over committing with him. He is teething and loves his schedule so I don’t really want to mess with it.
Here are some pictures from this past weekend and our little adventures we had.
Saturday I went on a little lunch date in SLC with these two darling ladies. It was so good to go have some yummy mac & cheese and to have a little bit of girl talk. Sometimes I feel like as a mom all I want is some adult conversation. Anyone else feel me?
Friday we went to visit Uncle Matt at the D.I. (a local thrift shop). He loves being a greeter there and it is always so fun to go and see what he is up to.
No matter how busy our weeks or weekends get, we always try to have the same bedtime routine. We bath, read books, have a little Children’s Advil for his poor little teeth that are coming in, give loves and go to sleep. This is one of our absolute favorite parts of the day as a family. Lately we have been reading fun Thanksgiving books from grandma!
This time of year I always make sure I have a few things with me all the time and in my bag. I love to make sure my medicine cabinet is stocked up on Robitussin, Advil, Children’s Advil, and Chapstick. I alway seem to get sick when I am least expecting it, so it is always so much better to handle and happier when I have everything on hand. Plus, my lips are always so dry in the winter that I always always apply Chapstick before putting on my lipstick or chapstick.
If you head over to your local Walgreens this month, you can save $15 dollars on Pfizer products. Most stores have a in-store display, but at my store, they didn’t have one. Each item was marked though so I knew it was part of the $15 off.

I swear my girls only survived teething and any of slept during the night during it because of Children’s Advil. It looks like it’s a great time to stock up for winter at Walgreens! #client
