BBQ’s at the New House & Our Outside Eats Essentials

We are officially moved into our home and absolutely smitten with every second that we spend here. There truly is nothing better to me than having my little family under the same roof that is our roof! I still can’t believe that I get to drive home here every day, raise my little family here, and make memories. The very first thing that I wanted to do together as a family was grill outside. We have always loved grilling, spending time outside, the clean up (ha with a toddler it is the best to spray off the patio), and everything about it. I had Zach take the grill to the back patio before even moving our furniture into our house I was/am that excited to eat outside as our little family. We packed the essentials to our grilling move in party in a separate box so I would know right where they were to make dinner that night. King was most excited about the Froozer frozen snacks and I let him even eat one before dinner well because it was a huge day at the Krum household! Seriously, these are what I keep stocked in my freezer all summer. They are the yummiest frozen snack I have ever had in my entire life. I tell Zach every time, it is just like a smoothie made into a popsicle! They are frozen whole fruit and all natural so I don’t even care if King eats multiple in one day. They are super easy to grab out of the freezer for when we go to play outside or I even grab one when I am running somewhere and need a little pick me up on my drive. I picked what we would have with our grilled chicken from the OPRAH COOKBOOK: Food, Health, and Happiness. This might just be the most beautiful cookbook that I have ever laid my hands on. The images are absolutely beautiful and the way they formatted it is like no other. The recipes are so delicious and I wish I could mail one to every single one of you so you could get your hands on it and see how amazing it is. I am seriously in love with it and the salad we had was to die for!

Zach is usually grill master, but I was able to get close to the grill for some pictures under his supervision while our chicken cooked ha. I always struggle with grilling for some reason, but Zach, he is so beyond good and it and I think he loves it. I finally got him the best grilling tool set, the TRUE VALUE: Grill Zone 3PC Stainless Steel BBQ Tool Set and I think that has made his grilling dreams come true! It makes it so easy for him to be able to be the true grill master that he really is. He is obsessed with the 4 in 1 spatula. It is a turner, meat tenderizer, bottle opener, and knife edge all in one tool. I love it because it is only one tool in my kitchen drawer for all the grilling shenanigans that we have!

Lastly, babes you can’t have a grill party without PAM: Cooking Spray. If you don’t use it then you have been really missing out. Seeing PAM: Cooking Spray brings me back to my childhood and my mom every time that I see it. I love that the new ones help to control how much you use so you don’t have as much fat & calories. Genius right? It is perfect for so many things, I use it to spray the grill before we cook and heat it up, pans for cooking sides in, and our dessert pans too because who wants their cookies to stick? Then you just loose that goodness on the pan!

We are having the best time grilling and it is now something that we do multiple times a week at our house.
