BEDTIME DATE NIGHTS.

Ever since having King almost 7 months ago, date nights are really hard to come by, however I think that after having a little one they are needed more than ever. Zach and I have learned to get creative with the things that we consider “date night”. Our new favorite date nights are at home after we put King to bed.

I don’t feel like date nights need to be necessarily leaving the house, yes it is nice, but I don’t find it completely necessary. We have had so much fun finding things to do whether it be playing cards, making treats, or watching movies. Our new favorite thing to do though is to go down the Frozen Foods section of the grocery store and try new frozen treats together. It is something fun and unexpected that keeps us laughing and finding new treats that we love.

Our latest trip to the store we found our newest favorite treat and it was so yummy I just had to share it with you. They are EDWARDS® frozen pies. Oh my goodness you guys, these are the most divine desserts that I have ever had. They are more delicious than my grandma’s homemade pies that everyone raves about. (Sorry Grandma!)

For our latest date night we tried the Cookies and Crème and the Strawberry Crème pies. You guys, this was my favorite date night since having King. We had so much fun trying the different flavors, arguing over who gets to have the biggest piece, and me even running with a whole pie and hiding to eat it by myself. They had so many different flavors down the aisle at Walmart, we can’t wait to try the Lemon Meringue and the New York Cheese Cake next.

Do you guys do anything fun for date nights when your littles head to bed?
