How to Dress Up A Duster Cardigan

When it comes to spring, a duster cardigan is one of my MAJOR must haves! If you have been following me for a while, you would see that I LOVE a good duster cardigan (see here and here), today I am sharing with you simple ways on how to dress up a duster cardigan!
   
Duster cardigans are something that have been popping up all over and I am obsessed with them. They make an outfit absolutely stunning with wearing basics under them. They are super easy to dress up or down and I am so excited to share with you how I dress them up for date nights. Date nights don’t pop up too often for us, but when they do I love to get all dressed up.

Dressing up a cardigan or any piece that you are wearing as a 3rd piece or layering piece is simple. Here are a few of my favorite things to do to dress up a duster cardigan, jean jacket, or really any cardigan.

1 – Wear a black basic tee with black jeans. Wearing black dresses up any look.
2 – Pair heels with it! This is the easiest way to dress up a look!
3 – Curl your hair and wear lipstick! This will give you confidence and makes you feel like a total babe which is really what matters!

Dressing up a look is simple if you pair black jeans with a basic black tee and then layer over the top. Adding heels to the look dresses it up even more and really finishes the look off.
