Sometimes a girl just needs to put on a stunning skirt and feel like a million bucks, right? This Shabby Apple skirt seriously makes me feel beautiful and was worth every single penny. As a mom it is sometimes hard to feel beautiful when your hair is covered in drool and spit up, you have pee down your shirt, you haven’t showered in a few days, and you have a cute little cherub baby on your hip. I wouldn’t trade any of that for anything, because I may not feel like the most beautiful girl in the world with all of those things, but I feel needed and of importance. Those sweet innocent big blue eyes that look at me for help, or cry to me when they are sad make all the days worth being a hot mess. With that said, I do feel like it is important to have days where I put some makeup on, curl my hair, and wear something that makes me feel good about me. Whether it be a clean pair of pants or a stunning skirt, it is important to take time for me every once and a while.
