Finding My Happiness.
Finding my own happiness has been something so important to me lately. I truly believe that being happy and looking for happiness in your daily life is a choice. It isn’t always easy, but it is always worth it. I recently started listening to an audio book called “Loving What Is”. It is a book all about the thoughts that come in and out of our minds, how we can never truly control them, and what we are supposed to do with them. It has changed my life. It is all about taking that thought, breaking it down, finding out if it is really true, and turning it around to reflect on yourself. I am not as good as I should be about doing it, but when I am I notice the biggest change in my happiness and life. I am reflecting on how to better myself, the things that make me tick, what I can learn about myself, etc.

I have been really down in the dumps lately about my house not moving along as quick as it should be. However, when I turn that around and think about all the things that I can learn from the situation that I am in, how we can grow closer as a little family, learn to live with less, and save a ton of money it brings a different perspective. It helps me to realize the good of the situation even though it is hard most days.
I also believe that minding your own business and staying out of others business also really leads to a happier life. Don’t bring yourself down with talking about others, it just brings a negative feel to your life and to your mind. It is toxic and only dampers your own success. A life full of giving, helping, serving, and sharing is a life of happiness. A life of gratitude for what you have is a life like no other life.
