Does anyone else feel like their kids are constantly asking for snacks? I swear we have 128746 snacks a day… Anyone else? They will ask for a snack and when I ask them what they want they will say “I don’t know” and it ends up with me listing off 8473 different things they can eat. I wanted their snacks to be something that will help them to have energy, be balanced, and to fuel their little bodies. I was really frustrated with snack time so I put together this kids snack printable to hang on our fridge. Now my littles can look at the different options on the list, pick something that sounds yummy, and it keeps things from getting frustrating at my house.
