GALENTINES BRUNCH.

I think that a lot of the time, we as women spend so much time taking care of others that we forget that we also need taken care of… I think that every once and awhile, we need to leave the husband, kids, family, etc. and go and spend some time with friends like oakley, alycia, whitney, cecilia & michelle. Michelle had us over for an amazing emoji brunch a couple weeks ago to celebrate galentines. She did an absolutely stunning job with everything from the red dresses from Shabby Apple, down to the stunning table setting.

When we arrived everything was like walking into this stunning red, pink, and emoji loved room. The flowers were absolutely stunning, the jewelry was perfectly matched to our outfits (from Shop & Apparel), each table setting had our name so sweetly written out with a hand written Valentine to each of us. It was truly just what my momma heart needed. Getting away with amazing women who support you in what you do, understand you, and can chat and giggle about everything.

We had the yummiest brunch foods, talked for hours, and left feeling refreshed, inspired, and on top of the world. I we also filmed an amazing video about how we feel as women that we can stand together that I can’t wait to share with you on Wednesday. I hope that it will inspire you, leave you feeling refreshed, and on top of the world. We as women need each other, to support each other, and stand by each other.

The thing that I really love about this party is that it is simple things that any mom can do at home. Amazing right? This means that you need to throw one for all your friends. Michelle will be sharing all the details on her site soon and it really is something that can be put together quick and beautifully.

The stunning table scape has me wanting to throw my own party. So simple yet so beautiful and chic. Who knew emojis could be so elegant and beautiful?!

The food was so delicious and simple. There is nothing better than yummy food. I think that too often I find myself over doing things and making them too much. Things just need to be simple. The simplicity of things is what makes it beautiful more often than not.

Also babe, what is a party without a cake!? There had to be a beautiful yellow emoji cake right??
