HOW TO GET YOUR "ME" TIME IN.

Allright, who else has those days where you just want to hide in the closet because you are so overwhelmed and don’t know where to start or what to do?? I think we all do. The days or weeks we have too much to do on our plates. This is something that I feel happens to me way too often. I have had to sit down and figure out where I have been agreeing to all of this extra stuff. When did I say that I could handle all of this? What can I eliminate? Then after I have looked at it I can’t get rid of anything because I will let someone down, or I did a long term commitment… I think we all get this way and get a little lost in the hustle and bustle of life.

When I can’t get rid of anything, or when I can I make it a point to make sure I have scheduled some “me” time in there. Even if it means that I go to bed later than I wanted to that night. There are a lot of things that you can do to get in that “me” time. Some people like to craft, others cook/bake. I like to bath. Funny right? Here is a little secret about me. Every night to calm myself down before bed and reflect on my day, I get in the bath for around 45 minutes. Yes I do this every night. It is my “me” time. The time that I can escape the world. I can be alone and think. Usually I set my computer up on the toilet next to my tub and watch Netflix with a big fat diet coke. But, my favorite part of my “me” time is that I can use my Herbal Essence Body Wash. I love that I can use it as bubble bath. The smells are absolutely amazing and it takes my “me” time to the next level.

This flavor above if you haven’t guessed it is Happy Go Lather and it smells like roses. It is by far my favorite. I love to light some candles the nights that I really need to calm down, pour this into the bath and just chill. Relax. Reflect. Shut Down. It is sheer perfection to me.

When the package of this body wash came in the mail me and my husband honestly fought over which ones we got to use as “ours”. We sat and smelled them at the kitchen table for a good half hour. The smells of the Herbal Essence Body Wash are remarkable!! I feel like I am using luxury body wash, but in reality it helps me have my beauty on a budget! I love using this when I shower too. It gives me a second of that “me” time with the scents. It leaves my body feeling so clean and my skin so soft.

This pictured above is the Body Burst flavor. It is citrus scent. It is so perfect for in the mornings when you need a little pick me up to wake up. The sent is so energizing!! I love that I get out of the shower ready to conquer my day!!

Totally Twisted is my husbands absolute favorite scent. He has hid it in the bathroom from me. The berry smell makes you feel like you are sitting in a field of ripe strawberries! I wish I could get a smeller hooked up to your computer so you could smell this deliciousness! Oh wait! You can head over to Herbal Essence and get a free sample of any of these goodnesses!
