Halloween is going to be here before we know it babes. We have already pulled out our Halloween jammies, have treats on our table (hello M&M’s, SNICKERS, & STARBURSTS), and we have started making caramel apples. I love the cutesy side of Halloween, but not so much the scary. We started dressing up as a family last year (you can see our Lumberjack costumes here), and I can’t wait to share with you what we are going to be this year. I am so excited to spend Halloween with King this year where he can walk, loves treat, and is obsessed with what he is going to dress up as. It is taking the whole mom thing to another level being excited to watch your little ones for the holidays. I love to dress slightly festive for the day, but not be over the top. I am so excited to share with you what we will be wearing Halloween day before we get all dressed up for the night and a few other ideas that I am loving to wear for you and your littles in the day! I love this tee for King and actually didn’t even buy it to wear on Halloween (which makes it that much better am I right?). It is from my favorite Rags to Raches and it couldn’t be more perfect to be a little festive for Halloween, but also cute and not cheesy. I love the stripe sleeves that as soon as I started thinking about Halloween it hit me that it was black & white stripes which is perfect! Can we all take a minute for the little monster on the front too, what is ironic is that all King says these days is “yeah”, he never says no and never has so this tee couldn’t have been more perfect for him. Paired with his Freshly Picked Moccs, and he is ready to give me a run for my money looking all cute in his monster shirt.

For myself, I went with my favorite white peplum with black pinstripes. I love that it kind of reminds me of Beetlejuice when worn on Halloween, but it is also a piece in my closet that I can wear after and no one will think anything of it. It is whimsical with the peplum, and paired with the leopard flats it gives it a little bit more excitement. It’s a top that I can run and chase King around in as we go visiting family or running errands in the day to get ready for Halloween night!
