HOLIDAY SHOPPING MUST HAVES.

We ran to do some last minute holiday shopping. I generally shop online, but I wanted to remix our holiday shopping a little bit more this year by taking my family out and about. I always love when we go shopping as a family to pick out things for the ones that we love. Yes it is a lot to get everyone out the door and King is often a stinker, but it is always worth it and my heart always leaves bursting. There is something about holiday shopping with your family that is so good and heart filling. The holidays couldn’t be a more loving, serving, heart filling time so why not let your holiday shopping be with your entire family.
Buying my loved ones functional gifts that are going to hold up and last is something really important to me. I generally snag them some good clothes that will last, but this year I decided to remix their gifts with sneakers! I love to buy King and Zach shoes. They are something that they use super frequently, and something that is needed and wanted. I sometimes though get so excited about their Christmas gifts that I let them have them early… (oops!). I went to Shoe Carnival and snagged shoes for our entire family. I snagged King these darling light grey Converse. I love that they can be worn dressed up for church or look so cute with jeans and a sweatshirt or tee. Zach wanted something that would keep his feet super warm and he could wear while he is at work inspecting buildings and such. I found him these leather Nike boots and they work perfect! He can wear them outside to shovel snow, but they also are perfect to wear with a sweater and his favorite khaki pants too. While I was snagging them shoes I had to get myself a pair. I am on a sneaker kick and had to have these black and white New Balance sneakers. They are so cute to wear with a tee, sweater, or a sweatshirt and are so good to run and chase King around in all day. All of our shoes serve multiple purposes and are so functional. They are seriously perfect and you can find something for everyone. You should see my wishlist babes.
We ran around a darling outdoor mall by our house and of course we had to play and be silly while shopping. Zach and King both can’t shop for super long so we tried to break it up with looking at the holiday decorations and by letting King see the metal animals. He had so much fun and I was obsessed watching him run around in his little high top sneakers, beanie, and little black joggers. Isn’t there just something about a toddler all bundled up in a beanie!?
King loved picking out things for grandma, grandpa, daddy, uncle Matt, Brayden, and everyone in between. It was so funny to see the things that he loved in the store and see his personality shine through what he was picking for the people that he loves. We are officially done with our holiday shopping and now you will catch us seeing the lights, walking through Christmas villages, and everything in between in all of our comfy trendy shoes! We hope you all have the happiest holidays and snag yourself some good shoes!
