Babes let’s be honest, the weather this Spring is a bit wacky so far with multiple temperatures depending on the day or week. Thankfully, there are so many ways to layer for spring that it makes it easy to be prepared for whatever Mother Nature may have in store. Today I am sharing my top tips on how to layer for spring in a flash.
|| DENIM JACKETS ||
My go to way to layer for spring that tends to go with just about everything is a denim jacket. They match everything in your closet, if you buy the right one they never go out of style, and they withstand King and his crazy antics which is a total win if you ask me!
|| CARDIGANS ||
There are so many different cardigans out there, but no matter what cardigan you wear they are the perfect thing to layer for spring time. Cardigans can go over dresses, pair with skirts, or be worn over your favorite basic tee. They are super versatile and can even be dressed up or dressed down super easily!
|| ATHLEISURE JACKETS ||
We all know that the temperature in the spring can go from being ice cold and snowing in the morning to bright and sunny in the afternoon when you hit up the park with your littles. Throwing on an athleisure jacket with your graphic tee, jeans, and sneakers makes it easy to take it off, throw it in the back, and enjoy the sunshine!
|| LAYERING UNDER DRESSES/JUMPERS ||
Snagging a cute tank top jumper or dress is the perfect thing to wear for multiple seasons. You can layer under it with something long sleeved like a gingham top or even a light sweater. Then when it warms up you can wear a basic tee or cute short sleeved button up and you are set for warmer weather!
|| BOMBER JACKETS ||
Bomber jackets are perfect for the days where it is a little bit too cold for short sleeves, but it is too warm for a cardigan. They are generally light weight and perfect for grabbing as the night cools off too!
I hope this helps you to know what to layer for Spring time and how to pair pieces out of your closet with different things layered over or underneath! Now you can pull out your spring clothes a little bit sooner and layer them for the cooler days!
