A LITTLE GLIMPSE.
Life for me isn’t just taking fashion blog pictures, that is just something that I do to fill my time while my husband is gone at church meetings 3 days a week. I mean getting at home gets lonely so something had to fill my time, plus it helps me gain confidence in myself… Summer time is my favorite. How can you not love 10:00 PM walks, snow cones, corn on the cob, fruit, s’mores, and the list goes on and on! Zach and I go on walks every night when he gets home. Some nights it’s 7:30, other nights it’s 10:30 and it is pure happiness. I love the time we get to spend just the 2 of us with no distractions. It’s the simple things in life.
You probably know by now that Matt my little brother is the light of my world. He is my absolute best friend, my hero, and my happiness. I love that I get to be his nurse and take him to school. Summer school may be super lame, but man we have the funnest time. From running circles around the hall to catch each other, to laughing hysterically at things he finds funny like that when my baby comes it will need a baby seat. This kid is pure happiness and has so much to complain about, yet never does. He reminds me daily, well I guess I should say every minute to look for the good things in the day and in my life, and not to let the bad things overtake them. Special needs kids are such special little spirits. I promise you that if you take a little extra time to know them, that they will change your life for the better.
My other brother is still kickin’ it at the MTC and loving every second of it! He says that he has met some life long friends there. It is so amazing to read his letters and see how much he has already grown and become such a grown up so fast. He has put his entire life on hold for 2 years to go to Argentina and teach the people there. I am so proud of this boy! (He is the blonde)
Sometimes I wonder if you guys want to see more of a glimpse into my everyday life and I am so sorry I haven’t share it with you more. If you follow me on Instagram (@lovemedanimarie) you see a little bit more, but not nearly enough. My bad! I promise to share more, so you can see there really is a person behind the screen! Have the happiest of weekends!
XO
