MY LOVE/OBSESSION FOR CHRISTMAS…

I absolutely love Christmas… It is my absolute favorite time of the year. I love how happy and giving the spirit and everyone is. I love the Sub for Santa’s, the Angel Tree’s, the food or diaper drives. I love the happy decorations and the feeling of giving and loving those around you. The twinkle lights and the yummy treats. I mean how does it get happier than that?

With all of that, I think that my absolute favorite part of Christmas is the cards in the mail. I love seeing everyone’s pictures, their memories from the past year and reading their letters if they include one. I put them on our pantry door and look at them over and over reminiscing over my own memories from the past year.

I wish that cards were sent out more… My husband always makes fun of me because I send out cards for pretty much every holiday… Valentines Day, St. Patty’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving, & of course Christmas! I know how happy getting others cards in the mail makes me so I hope that someone receiving one of my little families cards can bring a little happiness into their day, even if just for 30 seconds.

This year, I was a little behind the card wagon for Christmas with being 8 months pregnant… Some years I hand make my cards, but this year I decided to look into a printing option. I decided to go through TinyPrints because I loved that I could get a shimmer print paper. I mean if this doesn’t scream festive I don’t know what does! It honestly took me a couple hours to pick out our card because there were so many amazing options. I also love how quick our cards came! For someone who was behind on where she usually is on getting my cards put together and addressed this was a huge blessing to me!


So all I have to say, is even if you don’t love to send cards, that doesn’t mean that someone else doesn’t love to receive them! Merry Christmas from our little family to yours! I think that you are absolutely amazing!
