We all know that I am a 100% diet coke addict. I even think that the word addict is not even strong enough… What is a stronger word than that? Oh how I love that goodness, I swear the first swallow is the greatest thing. The tingle down your throat as it goes down, the cold feeling on your teeth, tongue, and throat, the delicious taste. I mean it is heaven sent. I love every single thing about it about it, except for one thing… That it stains my teeth… I have been super self conscious of my teeth ever since jr. high. I had some pretty janky teeth, like 2 big buckys that had a huge gap between them, my eye teeth were like vampier teeth, I had a massive overbite, and they were stained already from diet coke. (Ya, I started my addiction young…) I got braces in 8th or 9th grade, which helped… But it still didn’t take away those awful diet coke stains… My dad has always said that a smile is a huge thing with girls, and so we started on the teeth whitening journey.

This is after braces, but I still am not happy with my diet coke stains… But I’m not willing to give it up!

Something that I really looked for in something to whiten my teeth is that it has a high dose of whitening agents.
