M&M’S® WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT COOKIES!

Hiii! I am back again today with another holiday recipe! I told you I’m absolutely obsessed. This is a fun recipe that I did one day during nap time and had fun spending a little time being creative without the cutest little blonde helper. It was so good for my soul to have time to make something that I love rather than being worried about unanswered emails, blog posts to be written, etc. I think it is so important every once and awhile to look past the mess and do something for yourself. 

Let’s chat cookies shall we? I am obsessed with those yummy home made chocolate cream cookies, you know what I mean? The absolutely delicious chocolate cake mix cookies? Ya those. I wanted to make something yummy out of those, but making them perfect for the holidays. I made my favorite chocolate cake mix cookies (recipe below) and thought about what would pair with them perfectly. Hello white chocolate and peppermint?! Doesn’t that scream the holidays? 

Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
1 cup Oil
2 Eggs

After I made the yummy chocolate cookies, half dipped them in white chocolate and peppermint chips, I wanted to make them more festive, because I mean, you can never be too festive right? I took my go to favorite treat of M&M’s® and went to town. I decorated each cookie on the line of the white chocolate or made snowmen out of the yummiest M&M’S® Brand White Peppermint candies and made snowmen out of the white candies. Next, I took M&M’S® Brand Minis Milk Chocolate Baking Bits and snuck out the brown minis and made snowmen arms, see I told you, you can never be too festive! These were so fun to make and then I packaged them up on a white plate with some darling towels and took them to my neighbors! I may have snuck a few for myself with a big glass of milk and it made my whole day.
