I love accessorizing my outfits and there are a couple of must have accessories that you can easily swap out to give even the most basic look a little something. These must have accessories are things that you might not think about initially. They aren’t bracelets, necklaces, or shoes. They are things that still make a statement but aren’t everyone’s first thought when getting ready. I’ll be honest, most days these must have accessories aren’t even a thought to me, but when I do make them a thought and change them up I am always obsessed with how it turns out.
Raise your hand if you buy one phone case or a purse and leave it on forever…(my hand is raised). This is generally what we all do and that is okay, but sometimes it is so fun to swap these must have accessories out quickly while you are probably running out the door in a hurry to give your outfit a completely different look. Most people don’t think about swapping out their phone cases, but it is a statement that people don’t realize that they are making. I think a lot of us spend time on our phones if not all of us. We are holding it out looking at it and other people are seeing the case that it is in. It is a statement of your style as much as we don’t think it is. Try swapping it out next time you wear a basic outfit and I promise that you will love the difference you feel, even if it is just you that notices.
Purses are also a huge statement maker. I am loving the backpack trends that are in right now and am obsessed with this pom pom backpack. It is perfect to take and run around with now that King is potty trained and I am not hauling diapers everywhere. He is pretty self sufficient these days and I am loving it. Changing out your bag can completely change your look. I know it can be a pain so I leave my necessities in all of my bags so all I really have to move is my wallet and it works like a charm!
