MY SIDEKICKS.
I have been compensated by PediaSure for this post; however, I am sharing my own thoughts. All opinions are my own.
Everyone needs a sidekick don’t they? If we are being honest, I think everyone needs multiple sidekicks. We all know that King is my little sidekick. He is my little buddy, my best friend, but also pushes my buttons and does what he thinks is right (definition of a sidekick am I right?). He is always always with me no matter what. It is very rare that we are a part and I prefer it that way. We laugh together, cry together, get frustrated at each other, and everything in between. I think that everyone, well almost everyone, considers their little one their sidekick. Do you agree?
My second sidekick would be my trusty Diet Coke. It saves me when I am sad, is there for me when I am stressed. I grab one every morning when I wake up and have another one every night before I go to bed. It is my saving grace, the thing that celebrates with me and is there when I am feeling defeated. King has his own little sidekick though, Pediasure Sidekicks. It is there for him at meal time when he doesn’t eat his dinner good enough, a little snack to finish off his dinner when he does eat like a champ. It is there on the go with us, or ready for him at bedtime when mama is worried that he is a picky little eater. It is there to add into his macaroni and cheese, or his smoothie and pancakes when mom wants to make sure he has his nutrients for the day.
Everyone can use their own definition of a sidekick, but I think it can be people or things. The things that are always there for you, they support you, love you, are there for your triumphs or defeats. A sidekick will be there rain or shine, on the go or at home. A sidekick can be your little one, your husband, your favorite drink, your go to treat, or all of the above. Sidekicks are what get us through life and I am so grateful to have so many of them in my life!
Pediasure Sidekicks are available at Walmart. I love that I can snag them while I am doing my regular grocery shopping. They are this mama’s peace of mind. We have been using them for a long time. We give King one with his milk at night because this mama is a worrier and is constantly worried that her little picky eater isn’t eating enough or getting enough nutrients. They are affordable, nutrient dense, and King can’t get enough of the chocolate flavor. They are this mama’s sanity. If you have a picky little eater like King man, then you need to snag some. They will help you to not be so stressed or worried that your little one isn’t getting enough, and that is enough to make you go running to Walmart. They are always stocked on the shelves and in the baby section by the formula which makes them easy to find. The sweet Walmart lady at self checkout was so sweet as I fumbled with my two laundry baskets, Pediasure, the Batman toothbrush King wouldn’t let go of, and everything else. She chatted with King and helped me to get a handle of things. That sweet lady will never know how much it meant to me. Also, make sure you use the Ibotta or the Bundle offers when you snag them! You can find them here.
Look at this little rascal, with all his energy making his mama sidekick tired, we need all the help in the nutrient department that we can get! I am so grateful for that cheesy little boy that makes for blurry pictures, broken things, and mama running all day. He sure makes my heart burst!
Take your little sidekick for a fun adventure and thank them for being your little sidekick all the time. Where would we be without our little buddies, husbands, favorite drink, or even our favorite treat with us all the time? No matter who or what your sidekick is, you’re one lucky babe to have something.
