Happy Friday! I love when the weekend comes, not that I have a ton to do in the summer, it’s just different than the weekdays ya know? I have been looking for some comfy tops to fit me as I transition through the “I feel chunky stage” to the “Cute Pregnant Belly” stage. If you know of any please let me know! I would love to go check them out. Shorts and Jeans too!
Have you heard of Marilyn and Beverly’s before? I found them on Instagram and fell in love with their unique clothes that aren’t going to break the bank. I love to have pieces that not everyone has, but I also don’t want to spend an arm and leg on them if that makes sense.
This striped top is from Marilyn and Beverly’s and let me tell you that it is honestly the most worn piece in my closet. It is the most amazing, comfy, breathable, darling shirt that I have ever owned. It is more of a spandex material and seriously I could wear it to bed it is that comfy (and I am all about being comfy in bed!). I love the neon cuffs on it, it adds a pop to a basic striped top. This shirt is perfect for my “transition” phase. It fits super cute right now and is stretchy enough that it will fit over my growing belly! After I took these pictures I headed over to my parents house. I told my mom how excited I am for this top for when I am big ‘ol preggo. It will be absolutely perfect and I love that it is something that I can buy to wear now, during pregnancy, and after. Do you want to know the best part of this top? It is only $14.95 and comes in red, black, and blue! I may just have to snag up every color…
I also love finding cute accessories to amp up an outfit. Do you like to layer jewelry? I seem to be all about it lately… I love these 2 necklaces from Mindy Mae’s Market. They always seem to be what I gravitate for. I mean have you ever seen a bow necklace like this?! Sheer perfection right!

I just sized up in a lot of tees when I was pregnant. I bought cheap ones from target that were fitted and had v-necks, and I wore them to their deaths, and they were perfect for transitioning down after my little bug was born. And It made me feel better to be wearing something that wasn’t maternity wear after I had him.

I Dont like spending a lot on maTernity and found that some ross’ have a maternity section. Ive bought lots of jean shorts/etc. there! Also empire waisted dresses. Its too hot here in az, but you could probably wear a lot of maxi skirts which are super cheap at ross too! Also zilily has been great, and target has cute options. Good luck!
