We headed to the pumpkin patch as a family and ran around following the cutest little boy who was on the hunt for what his perfect pumpkin was (or just getting his energy out ha, we will never really know). We laughed, giggled, chased King around, threw hay (okay, really just King did), had churros, and finished the night off with a dance party in the car. It was one of those surreal nights where you can’t believe there is so much joy and love in a family and it is all yours, so much that you can’t believe it. Gratefulness overcame me that day on the drive home (and this was before I started searching for it and making it a habit) and I couldn’t believe how lucky I am. It isn’t anything about anything materialistic, it is these boys of mine. That right there, that is all this girl needs, well okay, and Diet Coke.
