Does anyone else feel as if once the middle of October hits with Halloween that the holiday season has officially started and bring on the madness and craziness of the holidays? I absolutely love the holidays, however, I feel like I can never keep a good meal on the table for dinner time. We are all running in different directions and I seem to never be home until it is too late to cook something in the crock-pot and I am so hungry that I don’t want to sit and cook something either. That is when I make my favorite STOUFFER’S® Lasagna with meat sauce in the perfect family size. I love that it is a hearty meal for us and it is the perfect proportions that we both can get full and Zach can still have some for lunch at work the next day.
When I am really feeling on top of my game, I love to make a yummy parmesan ranch pull-apart bread. It is so simple and so delicious. My favorite part is that it is just as good if not better on day two so we usually eat it for two meals. I mean, what is better than that?
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups parmesan cheese
16 frozen rolls
1 cube (1/2 cup) butter
2 tablespoons ranch packet mix
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
Let your frozen rolls sit out of the freezer until they are unthawed or pretty close to unthawed. Next, cut them in half and put them into your bundt cake pan. (If you are using a metal pan you will want to grease your pan first).
Next, melt your butter and mix in your ranch mix, garlic powder, and salt. Brush the butter mixture on to the roll halves. You want every piece to be coated.
Sprinkle the cheese on the rolls and mix it in. You want cheese throughout all of your bread.
Let your bread rise for 2 1/2 – 3 hours. It should double in size and fill up your bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on the top. When it comes out of the oven turn the pan over to have the bread fall out on to a plate. Serve warm and enjoy with your STOUFFER’S® Lasagna!
