Quality Time Together No Matter Where You Are

It is so crazy to me as a parent where my memories come from with King. It is always the smallest moments that I keep nearest and dearest to my heart. I have learned to let go a little bit of things so he can create messes and memories with me, and have quality time together. When I became a parent so many different things changed for me from the way I get ready down to the products that I use in my home. I want to keep my house, health, and everything in between healthy so I can be the best person that I can be and raise my family to be happy, healthy, and thriving. 

One of the biggest changes that we have made in our lives is using more natural products. It is a switch that took me a second to make changing out the products one by one and the first thing I changed out and am still grateful and using is my toothpaste. I wanted to make sure that if King somehow got his hands on it that it would be natural products and that I am using natural products to keep myself healthy. 
 
 The time I spend getting ready I have learned to give myself about 20 minutes to a half hour extra time. This makes it so I can play and giggle with King while he brushes my hair for a second, we can brush our teeth together while I use Toms of Maine Luminous White™ and he uses their kids line. We have some quality time to spend together rather than rushing. Yes some mornings are still a rush and crazy, but most days we spend them giggling together, making memories, and just having dedicated quality time for us.

I will say though that these are some of my absolute favorite pictures that we have ever done. Not only is King darling in every single one of them, but it is something that I will have to keep and remember this phase of our lives together of tangled hair from my toddler hairstylist, toothpaste all over my mouth from my little dentist, and crazy outfits picked out by my stinker of a stylist. These are the things that I want to keep with me forever, always remember, and soak in for as long as I can.
