QUICK & EASY SKITTLES POPSICLES!
This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #ShareFunshine #CollectiveBiasOh my goodness you guys. I made the most delicous popsicles in the history of man kind. Seriously though, they are quick & easy! I love that they turned out so bright colored and so yummy! Oh and don’t forget to scroll down, there is an amazing Sweepstakes that you can enter!
First let’s go over the 3 things that you will need to make these.
– A popsicle mold (any kind will work!)
– Lemon-Lime Soda
– Skittles®!
First you are going to put Skittles® in the bottom of each mold. I did one of each color and then an additional one that was a mix of all the colors. I placed 6 Skittles® in the bottom of each mold.Next, you are going to pour in your soda. I filled mine pretty close to the top. Some of them did over flow a little bit, so next time I would leave about a 1/2 inch from the top where the soda seems to expand a little bit.
Lastly, put the sticks in them and the tops and throw them in the freezer! Freeze them over night. When you take them out, the Skittles® will have stayed at the bottom of the mold, but the flavor distributes itself through out the soda & popsicle and it also turns the color of the Skittles® that you placed in the bottom. We absolutely love these yummy treats! We had them at a little summer BBQ with some friends along with our favoriteM&M’s® Peanut, M&M’s® Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, SNICKERS® Ice Cream Bars, & Dr Pepper® Vanilla Float. They were such a hit and everyone thought they were so delicous! Would you make Skittles® popsicles? I make them for myself almost daily! I love that they are almost a Skittles® slush! What is your favorite treat in the summer? Oh and make sure you download the Blippar app from your Apple or Android store to scan your package and receive exclusive content.
