SUMMER TO FALL HAIR

You guys!! Fall is upon us and I must say that I can not be more excited. I love everything about fall if you haven’t already noticed. Fall clothes are my absolute favorite. Something that I change in the fall is my hair. I love to take some of my blonde out and put warmer tones in it. I also try really hard to make sure that I am keeping it healthy and strong from my scalp to the ends. The sun in the summer is hard on hair and so I love that in the fall my hair feels healthier, I can wear it down more because it isn’t too hot anymore, and I can pull in more warmer tones to my color. 

In the summer time I do more blonde highlights, in the fall I like to pull more caramel tones with a hit of red sometimes too. Do you change your hair in the fall?
I try to keep my hair and scalp very healthy, especially with having extensions. I make sure that I don’t wear it in elastics for too long or when I sleep, that I carefully brush it from the ends to the roots, and that I am using the best of the best shampoo for my scalp.
