T-Shirt Dresses for Summer
Pregnant or not summer dresses are my absolute favorite thing. I literally love wearing them to the point that it is all I wear most of the summertime. You babes ask me every summer where my favorite places to snag dresses that are summer t-shirt dress type dresses so I have rounded up all my favorite non-maternity dresses that I have snagged this year to wear all summer long!
dress – only $18 || sneakers || cross body bag || neck scarf
This dress I think I am going to be obsessed with after I don’t have a big baby bump to sneak under it anymore. I love that it is a soft material but it washes up great and doesn’t stick to you. It is a more “flowy” for lack of better words dress so I think it will be perfect to wear after having this baby!
When it comes to looking for dresses I always look at Nordstrom or ASOS. They both have amazing options that if you look right are pretty affordable. I would say 70% of my summer dresses come from ASOS but most of them only last one season. They are more affordable at ASOS than Nordstrom, but they don’t hold up as well as paying a little bit more and getting something that will last a couple years. I will say some of ASOS dresses surprise me and last for years, but I plan on them lasting me about one season.
When looking for summer t-shirt dresses I always look at the fabric first. I want something that can be washed easily because I am going to be outside with King. He is 3 so messes are inevitable and that’s okay! I just want to know that my clothes are going to wash up okay. The second thing that I always look for is the length on them. I am going to be sitting on the grass most likely, getting up and down, etc. I want a dress that isn’t going to show all my goods and that doesn’t hold me back from being a mama.
I have linked the dresses that I have snagged for this year below. THIS dress is my absolute favorite to the point that I bought it in 3 different colors. I did size down (I generally am an XS and I bought an XXS) it is tight with my bump obviously, but will be perfect after my bump isn’t there anymore!
