Taking a Break for You During Nap Time.
I know I’m not the only one that some days where I am literally counting down the seconds until nap time because it has just been one of those days and dream on taking a break. I just need some time to decompress, take a few minutes on my own, and to just sit and take a break for just a minute. Depending how King is during the day most days we eat lunch together, but then other days it is a fight to get him to even eat so I end up eating after I put him down which is also my precious alone time and work time.
On days that I need to take a break, and take time to sit down and just be for a minute are generally also the days where I am overwhelmed with work, have a lot on my plate and just need to focus on what I have to do. Those are the days however that I also need to just take 10 minutes, sit on my bed watching a favorite show or listening to a podcast and eat lunch alone. I love to warm up my go to favorite Tai Pei Asian Foods. They are quick to make, full of all natural ingredients, and that is the perfect size to warm up just for me. They have a bunch of different flavors so when those weeks where King and I are having a harder time and I need more alone time I never get bored of my meals. The frozen fried rice is my absolute favorite, but the others are just as yummy and a staple in our fridge.
