TRIPLE TWIST HALF UP DO HAIRSTYLE TUTORIAL.
Babes! How are you? I am so excited to be partnering with Aussie for today’s hair tutorial and I am so excited to start bringing more of these to you every month along with video tutorials! A little secret about me, I absolutely love doing hair and we always joke that I was a hairstylist in my previous life because it is something that I truly love and enjoy so I thought why not start sharing my favorite simple hairstyles with you on a regular basis? Ya!? I truly am so excited about this and have a few simple yet beautiful styles up my sleeve for the upcoming months and the prettiest up-do to share with you for the holidays. So let’s get started shall we? Today we are going to do a simple triple twist half up do hairstyle. It is perfect for when you have dirty hair, want your hair out of your face, or just want something quick out of the ordinary.
I always start by washing my hair with Aussie Total Miracle Collection 7N1 Shampoo and Conditioner which I love because it strengthens against damage, makes my hair silky, gives it delightful softness, has amazing split-end protection, is super nourishing, has moisture humidity control, and gives my hair a brilliant shine and lasting smoothness.I love that my hair doesn’t get staticky through the winter with this combination because of how moisturizing it is. About every other week I use their 3 Minute Miracle Strong Conditioning Treatment to give my hair a little extra love. It really gives it that extra boost of love through the winter months.
Here is what the products I am using look like and what you will need:
Aussie Total Miracle Collection 7N1 Shampoo and Conditioner
3 Minute Miracle Strong Conditioning Treatment
Bobby Pins
Wet Brush
Comb
1: Start with loosely curled hair. Brush out your curls so that way when you are grabbing sections it will make it easier to grab the piece you are wanting.
2: Take a 1/4 inch piece of hair right above your temple and twist it while pulling it back toward the center of the back of your head. I use a little bit of Aussie Instant Freeze Sculpting Hair Gel to make sure that my fly aways all stay put where I want them.
3: Secure the piece with a bobby pin about 3/4 way around the back of your head.
4: Repeat on the other side of your head.
5: Grab a piece 1/4 inch below the first section of hair you used and twist it to the back of your head again securing with a bobby pin 3/4 of the way around your head.
6: Repeat on the opposite side.
7: Secure any loose ends and make sure all the ends of your twist pieces are laying down.
8: Loosen your twists by gently pulling on them.
9: Finish off with your favorite hairspray!
