Bomber jackets are all the rage for spring this year and I am so obsessed! I am loving layering them, adding them as a staple piece to my outfit. I love that there are so many different ways that you can wear them, so many places that you can find them, and that they can be worn for all of spring, summer, & fall! This bomber jacket is an absolute favorite of mine and is even on sale!
This first look I think is the easiest to put together. It is pulling all your favorite basics out of your closet and putting them together. Grab your favorite basic tee (white or really any color), your go to jeans, and then put your bomber jacket over top! I wore my favorite Nike Boots, but if it is warm you could wear some cute flats or some sandals! Easy and functional.
I feel like this look is easy to pull together too if you have black jeans or even white jeans. This is taking a monochromatic look (same color top & bottoms) and adding a bomber jacket over the top. It adds an extra element and texture to your look all while keeping the base of it simple and pieces you already have at home.
Lastly is putting your bomber jacket over your favorite maxi dress or really any dress. When I wear a dress I love to throw my jacket in the car in case King, okay or I spill on myself to help hide it. It also is perfect for if gets a little chilly or is the start of spring or fall when it is cool enough outside to wear a light jacket. I love pairing my dress & jacket with a handbag. This bag is seriously amazing because the outer shell can be changed to different colors/patterns without taking everything you have in it out. It is super simple to swap the outer shell and it holds everything I need. Pairing the right handbag with your outfit really polishes the look off.
Bomber jackets are the perfect piece to add to your closet because they are so easy to wear with pieces that you already have! No one (okay at least I don’t) like to buy a new piece to wear and have to buy a whole outfit to go with it, am I right? Bombers jackets are perfect to be dressed up with a dress or pencil skirt, or layered over your favorite basics.
Would you wear a bomber jacket??
