Forte Elements
We have been chatting a lot lately about how I am stepping up my health game and getting into a good routine when it comes to working out, eating healthy, and being more conscious about how I take care of my body. I have really been striving to be healthy, not because I want to loose weight, but because I want my body to last me a really long time. I want to be able to chase King and however many other littles we have running around. I want to be able to haul boxes up and down the stairs without being out of breath, carry and run with my kids in my arms without being tired. Those types of things, they are the reason that I am making changes.
I was doing so well with waking up early in the mornings, working out, and getting my day started off right, until King decided that he needed to be up with me and it just doesn’t work for me to play referee with everything in the house and workout at the same time. I am working hard to find the time that works for me now, I know I will need to carve out time to do it, I know I will need to make it a priority, and I am willing to do those things. If only King would just sleep in a little bit longer than when I set my alarm early.
With working out and making healthier choices I have started using something called Forte Elements Forte Amino Acids. I take a glass full of water, pour the powder in, and drink up after a workout. It helps me so much in the sore feelings I get from working out and being a newbie. It is perfect for the essential recovery and repair of tissue and muscle. Plus the amino acids help to improve my exercise performance and reduce my protein and muscle breakdown when I am doing intense training. I have never been someone that is crazy about supplements, but this one you guys, this one is worth it.
The Amino Acids come in this amazing box to keep them all in one place and are all pre-portioned for you so you just pull one out and put it in 8 oz of water. It seriously tastes so yummy (which I am super funny about) and is so easy to remember to do after I work out. Each box has a 30 day supply in it which I love because then I know I have marked another month down of working out every day!
Something that is so crazy to me is that for most women their dietary intake from food isn’t enough to address the increased nutritional demand. Forte Elements has a whole bunch of high-quality nutritional support systems that help specifically for the female body. They have everything from Post-Op, Pre-Natal, Fracture and Post-Natal – and to promote faster recovery. Amazing right? See, I told you, game changing!
I would love to hear what is working for you to help you recover well from working out, keep your body strong and running the best it can. I am always game to trying new and different things whether it is food all the way down to a new routine!
