How I’m Simplifying My Health Routine
I have talked a lot about how I am working to be healthier (as I write this eating a cinnamon roll ha). I have tried a lot of things and a lot of them have really helped but some haven’t worked. I bought a macro count a few months after having Lettie and tried really hard to do it on my own (Clean Simple Eats helped a TON) but I just didn’t have enough education behind it so it really stressed me out and pushed me into just shutting down on all of it (hence the cinnamon roll right?).
Zach has recently started to be on the healthier lifestyle bandwagon with me and it has really pushed me to take my goals to the next level. I have been so proud of him sticking to his Clean Simple Eats eating plan and going to the gym every day for the past week. I want to set myself up for success though, I want to give myself the proper education behind starting all of it and truly hitting my goals.
I recently found a program thanks to my friend Heather over at My Life Well Loved called Faster Way to Fat Loss. The name to be honest made me a little nervous at first. I am not in any of this to loose weight, I just a healthier life in general. In chatting with her about it I learned quickly that it wasn’t about fat loss, that was just a perk of it. It was about educating you on macros, carb cycling, intermittent fasting, having a support/accountability group, and so much more.
I had been doing awesome at exercising every day before my trip to Hawaii and then California, with all the traveling it put me into new terrible habits that now need to be broken. I know that I can push myself to do the exercising part, but the eating part is where I need help. I will be starting FWTFL next week and would love to have you do it with me if it is something that is a fit for your lifestyle. In the program you will get a full macro count made just for you, given exercises that will help you to get your best results, learn how to sustain a healthier lifestyle, and so much more.
I still will be doing Clean Simple Eats recipes, I just will be doing them to fit into MY MACROS, not just what I “think” I should be eating ha ha.
I am so excited to have this better lifestyle and the proper education behind it all to be able to sustain it longterm. So many of my best blogging friends are doing it with me (Lindsey at Life Lutzurious, Jessica at Happily Hughes, Sarah at Sew Sarah R, Laura at Walking In Memphis In High Heels Dani Marie Blog and Stilettos & Diapers and we would love to have you be a part with us!
