Keeping on My Health Journey Through Summer & Moving
Summer is the craziest time of year for most of us. Our schedules are jam packed with making sure that we enjoy every minute of sunshine, heading to family activities, trips, adventures, and everything in between. We have all of that this summer plus moving. This to be honest is pushing me over the edge with trying to be mom, a nurse, and run a full time business from home. Working out has quickly gone away, however I can control the things that I am putting into my body still. I have been working really hard to stay on a good fitness/health journey.
As a lot of you know I was counting my macros for awhile, while I still want to and honestly probably need to be doing that, I know that right now that will push me literally over the edge. Instead I have been cutting sugar out of my diet, slowing down my Diet Coke consumption, and taking AvantraSlim. I take 2 a day, one mid morning and one mid afternoon when I am wanting to snack the most. I can’t work out right now with how much I have to do, but I can control how much water I am drinking, and taking my AvantraSlim. I have a few packets in my car with some water bottles so if I am on the go I can even have on there. I wouldn’t sell you on something that I don’t believe in, take multiple times a day, or that was a quick weight loss solution. I truly believe the only way for true, good, healthy weightloss is to work out consistantly and to watch what you are putting into your body. I am looking to eventually loose a few pounds yes, but overall I want to be healthy, to treat my body like I love it, and to make sure I am taking care of it right so it can take care of me.
