I am so excited about a new year and a new active lifestyle, or well the goal to start one. I have been working hard the last couple months to eat healthier and to be more conscious about what I am eating, now I am ready to add some workouts to that lifestyle and make it a habit and constant thing in my life. When I am taking care of myself, working out, and eating healthier, I find that I am more energized, happier, and feel so much more accomplished. I often times forget that I need to be taken care of in order to best take care of others.
One of the things that I struggled with when trying to switch my snacks and food choices to healthier options is things that I can grab as I run out the door and that King will eat as well. I feel like most healthy snacks are things that will be smashed in my diaper bag, or that I need to make myself. I searched and searched for the thing that would hit all the things that I wanted and that I could snag at online or at select Target or Whole Foods (you can check the store locator to see if they are at your store) while I am browsing and snagging all the things out of the Dollar Bins. I found the answer and shared it on my Insta-Story that day! Babes, these are life changing. They are called Somersaults. What are they? The next thing that I have been implementing into my lifestyle is working out. Hello bikini body right? Hopefully with working out and eating healthy (give me all the Somersaults) I will have a hot bod by the summer time. I have been doing some app workouts so I can work out at home, but I want to hear what your favorite at home workouts are. Is it Bikini Body Guide? YouTube Videos?
