What Exercise Programs I Do & Love from Home
Ever since I have been sharing that I workout all the time I have had tons of questions on what programs I have been doing & how I have been liking them. I have been trying out a few different ones and have really liked them for different reasons. Working out at home isn’t easy, it takes a fight for me every day to force myself to go and do it, but when I am done I am always grateful that I did it and feel so much better.
I have committed to myself that I will workout every single day no matter what. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, what I have going on, etc. I have made a promise to myself that I will do it. Keeping promises to myself is something that I put number one, if I can’t keep a promise to myself then how am I supposed to make promises to anyone else? I am a priority in my own life and keeping promises to myself proves that every single day. I have to put myself first in some things like exercising or I can’t be my best for everyone else.
The Best Exercise Programs To Do At Home
|| SWEAT APP ||
This is a subscription based program through an app on my phone. Most people also know this as Bikini body guide or BBG. I have loved this. There are a bunch of different programs now including BBG, Power (which you do after BBG), Yoga, etc. It is $20 a month I believe, however I paid mine all up front to give myself another reason to do it every day. I love that these are 30-45 minute workouts that you do M-W-F and then you do cardio on the T-TH-S. I choose not to exercise on Sundays to spend the day with my family, go to church, etc. I am currently doing Stronger & it does require some gym equipment beyond hand weights that I don’t have so I just find alternatives to those that I can substitute out. BBG takes minimal equipment which is amazing too.
|| BODY BY BREE ||
This is a program that you can buy that does 8 weeks of training and then you can pay monthly to keep doing it. Bree comes up with a full macro plan for you and gives you weekly workouts through her app that you can pick if you do at the gym or at home. This program was amazing and perfect if you need something/someone to keep you accountable. You have to check in to your workouts, record your reps, etc. and Bree checks in with you every week too to see how you are doing. You also can sync My Fitness Pal with it so she can see what you are eating to revise your macros and such to what will give you the best results. I loved doing Bree’s program and only stopped because I broke my pinky toe (remember when I posted about it on stories) in December. I broke it really bad and had to take some time off to let it heal, it still is numb though so that is kind of weird ha ha.
As for eating I always do the Clean Simple Eats books and her meal plan. I have done this for 18 months now and loved it. It is super easy recipes and normal food to eat if that makes sense. The recipes don’t take any crazy weird ingredients that you have to find at specialty stores either. I will have a $15 off code coming soon so watch for that on my Instagram!
All in all, I exercise and eat the way I do because of the difference that I can feel in my body and mind. My mind is so much clearer when I am taking care of myself and making sure that I am a priority in my own life. I notice a big difference in the days that I don’t exercise or I eat foods that aren’t the best for my body. Don’t get me wrong, I still eat my Double Stuff El Fudges all the time, I just make a lot healthier choices in the things that I am putting into my body.

I love your attitude towards working out! I’ve been working out pretty consistently, but I miss days here and there. I really love my gym, but my membership is expiring and I have a baby now, so I have been looking for good at home work out programs. I will definitely look into Sweat app and Body by Bree! Thanks for your recommendations!
